Policy
My policies are as follows:
Booking:
1. A$15 deposit that goes toward your service must be sent immediately after booking. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT
2. Deposits are nonrefundable. They can only be transferred to a new appointment in the same month one time.
3. If you need a new appointment in a different month or reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required.
Late/Cancellations:
1. Please show up on time. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your total. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited,
2. The amount of the late fee will be deducted from your total if |am running late past the 10 minutes grace period.
3. All rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your initial appointment. Anything less than that is considered a cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to book again,
4. After 3 last minute cancellations, you will be banned from booking,
5. No shows will be blocked from booking.
Payment:
1. Zelle and CASH payments are preferred for final payment.
2. The Deposit secured appointment must be done though the online booking apps.
COVID-19 Guidelines:
1. All clients must have and wear a mask during the entire duration of their service. If you refuse to wear one, | have the right to refuse service,
2. Clients will be asked to sanitize their hands prior to service.
3. If you have been in contact with someone who is sick or has COVID-19, please do not show up to your appointment; please reschedule for your and our safety.
4. All equipment, tools and Furnitures are cleaned and disinfected prior to each appointment!
Other Info:
1. Feel free to send me a photo that you love to get an idea before booking.
2. All refill services need to be done in every 2weeks. We won’t be responsible if you’re skip the refill routine over 3weeks periods.
3. Extra services, specifically soak offs, must be added at the time of booking. If not, service may be altered or canceled.
4. I do not offer refunds. If something is wrong, please reach out so that | can accommodate you,
5. Any messages sent after 10pm will be responded to the following day in the order | received them, Please allow at least 24 hours for a response. Sundays or scheduled holidays are my scheduled days off. Please expect slightly longer response times on these days.
